Did you write to AAF ... and did you not yet
receive an answer ?
(suggestion: read below)
It has occurred that Gustav was waiting for information or for a message, and that the people concerned said to have sent information or an e-mail message to AAF which however was never received.
An alarming situation. (AAF has written to the e-mail provider about this, but ... neither received an answer even from them!)
As for post mail ("snail mail"), unfortunately, the mail delivery in The Hague has also proved to be not entirely reliable.
It is AAF's policy to answer all incoming mail.
E-mail messages are usually answered the same or the next
day.
On busy days, or when Gustav is travelling, it may take a few days before an
answer can be sent, but every attempt is made to keep waiting times as short as
possible.
(As a rule, answers to AAF members are given priority.)
AAF welcomes every message, and finds it extremely important that information that organisers and individuals have cared to sent, arrives and is duly processed. This is vital for AAF, and - even when the sender does not always expect an answer - AAF considers it good practice, correct and polite to acknowledge every item received.
AAF cares very much about all correspondence, whether it concerns questions or assistance received.
Kind suggestion
